Constitutional Carry Signature Gathering Begins
Sign the Initiative Petition - IP-2024-21
IP-21 amends the Oregon Constitution with the addition of one simple sentence: “… includes the right to carry, without a permit, a concealed firearm.” The official ballot title reads: “Amends Constitution: Creates right to carry a concealed firearm without a permit; voids existing concealed carry restrictions.”

SB-1018: Imposes personal income tax at flat rate if taxpayer has adjusted gross income below threshold amount. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2024.
